Residue analysis:

Banned antibiotics like Chloramphenicol, Nitrofuran parent compounds and metabolites; Regulated antibiotics like sulphonamides, tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones in shrimp, honey, milk.
Illegal dyes like Malachite green, its metabolite Leucomalachite green, Crystal Violet, its metabolite Leucocrystal violet, Brilliant green in shrimps; Sudan I, II, III & IV in shrimps and spices; Para Red, Rhodamine, Sudan Red 7 B in spices.

Pesticides:

More than one hundred pesticides of the organochlorine, organophosphorus, pyrethroid, carbamate and other classes are analyzed in a variety of food products including shrimp, spices, fruits and vegetables.
